Experimental. Boundary pushing. Just plain delicious. Our “Hell” wines represent us daring to dream, taking inspiration from our vinous heroes and using some more out-there winemaking techniques to make wines that excite us.
All fruit for the 2022 Hell wines was sourced from the Bassham Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in The Riverland.
Aglianico and Montepulciano, full carbonic maceration. Bright and jubey, sour red cherries, dried cranberries/rum & raisin chocolate, vanilla. A splash of skin contact Arinto brings salty tannin and acidity. Definitely chillable but not necessary. See how you feel. One guarantee – the bottle won’t last long.
