The third release of our market sour range is classic German-style gose that continues our theme of fruit and spice. Starting with an even blend of barley and wheat malt for silky body, we naturally acidified it through a longer souring process resulting in double the acidity of our core sours. To this base, we've added sweet orange peel for a Tangy citrus pith note supported by juicy mandarin puree. A unique pairing of milled fennel and coriander seeds offset this fruit sweetness with herbal spice to maintam balance and refreshment.
