Slow Lane Hold Your Horses Brett Saison Can Sgl

Saisons were originally brewed as a low alcohol beer to hydrate farm workers during the warmer months. Hold Your Horses is a modern higher strength Saison that would probably not be very conducive to getting farm work done. For added complexity we dosed in Brett yeast prior to packaging the beer and allowed the cans to condition for over three months, giving the Brett time to work its magic. This beer will continue to evolve over time. Dry, highly carbonated and a little bit funky.

Malt: Pilsner
Other Grains: Rolled Wheat, Rolled Oats
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Saaz
Yeast: Belgian Saison, Brettanomyces Bruxellensis

ABV: 7.0%
