The second release from the first collaboration, this is a naturally soured spelt ale from 2MT, fermented for 18 months on Shobbrook muscat-aux-petits-grains lees from a ceramic egg ferment in a 100 year old fortified wine barrel from the Barossa Valley. Bottle matured for 15 months before release. -
