The Ale Saviour Release No.2

Bordering multiple markets of craft beer and high end Australian Whiskey, our second release of The Ale Saviour is here. 

When we were struck by Covid, we had no where for our keg beer to go. If that doesn't make you sad then your heart is cold and dead. Luckily! Our friends at Corowa Distilling had the ability to help us turn that beer into a spirit. That resulting spirit has been aging in a plethora of casks, waiting to be unveiled.

The second blend release is a mixture of Scotch, Port and Red wine barrels. It has a lovely dry orange peel finish. Differing vastly from the first blend with a much more classic Whiskey flavour profile.

Bottled at 46% ABV & non chill filtered as with all Corowa Whisky to highlight its flavour and oilyness.

Tasting notes:
Nose - almond croissant & honeydew melon
Palate - flowery, earthy hop notes and honey
Finish - short & dry with hops and orange peel 

500ml
