Aller Trop Loin Psychedelic Experimentations

Crafted from approximately equal parts of Bendigo Verdelho, Yarra Valley Chardonnay, Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc and Yarra Valley Pinot Gris, which were co-fermented (each harvested at different times) on skins over a 28 day period.

Aromas of cumquat, apricots, persimmon, clementine, green mango and Turkish delight with flavours of mandarins, tangerine, orange blossom, wild strawberries, Meyer lemons and sumac.

Named after the lyrics (the only two words!) in Shelford Road by Thomas Schumacher, specifically the Devilfish remix, this is a fascinating and textural wine with unique aromas and flavours and a big personality.
