      Yoko and Andries at Brave New Wine have a particular feel for making a Pet-Nat.

      This is their new version, the first 'white' Pet-Nat in their line up.

      It's made from mainly Vermentino with some Riesling. It's light, crisp and as refreshing as a cool swim on a hot day.
