Farina Appassilento Rosso 2019

Experimentation has always been a prerogative of our company. After long searches we found the blend we wanted, with a strong personality and superb elegance, the result of the union of some lucky red grape varieties, each with its own particular characteristics. The vinification and processing operations are very long and complex. For this new product we have therefore chosen the term "Appassilento", to indicate the long manufacturing process carried out "at a slow pace". The result is a well structured wine, full but smooth, soft, velvety. That's how we wanted it and it's so exciting.
