"We know it's wine and stout season, but we really love our seltzers and still enjoy cracking a hohly water tin around the fire on a cold Winter's night. So we decided to make a few Winter Seltzer flavours and our first release has been almost two years in the making. We wanted to give our Winter seltzer a little colour to represent the flavours in the brew. We decided to brew organic butterfly pea flowers into the kettle during the brewing process to give it a purple hue. Flavoured with 100% organic fruit extracts and naturally fermented." - Hohly Water
