From our native coastal daisy.  Award winning perfection. With a more classic profile of juniper and citrus, this contemporary dry gin is defined by native coastal daisy, ‘Olearia Axillaris’ which we pick from the shores of our island.  The Olearia imparts sweet piney notes that play beautifully with juniper and zesty orange.  These strong flavours are complimented with warm asian peppers in the background.
