Fermented in our stainless steel Open Top Fermenter with our House Yeast and allowed to proceed naturally with no temperature control or anything like that, this is the table beer we’ve always dreamt of making after working hard in the brewery on a warm summers’ day.

“This Farmhouse Table Ale derives from our famed Saisonette (a little Saison) and is a uniquely balanced yet vibrant little number that I tend to reach for when finished for the day, a good little crispy number that has oodles of rustic charm pillowed out with a soft wheat backbone!”
