      A mixed culture of Saison yeast & sourdough starter from Riser, fermented in barrel for 24 months. It's rich, complex, and dare we say...bready? It's also incredibly clean and well balanced for something so wild, letting the layers of flavour sink in slowly, like a weekend trip to the countryside.

      Brewed and packed at our Milton Brewery.

      ABV: 7.4%

      Tasting Notes: Fermented in barrels for 24 months, rich, complex.
