One Drop Ethereal Wave Hazy DIPA w/ Phantasm Can Sgl

Ethereal Wave is a ultra-modern DIPA using cutting-edge ingredients and techniques - the summation of years of R&D on our end. A key component being trialled is Phantasm powder, made from NZ Sav Blanc grape skins that are rich in the type of thiol precursors that lend big hits of vinous, stonefruit, and tropical notes. In combination with a thiol-active yeast strain, the freshest Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti, Citra, and Mosaic hops we could find, and a spin through our Clean Fusion Dry Hopping process, we’ve got an aggressively hopped, overly expressive, yet totally soft DIPA that we reckon is truly unique.
