Range For The Record West Coast DIPA Can Sgl

For The Record is a brand new West Coast Double IPA that we’ve dry-hopped with Chinook, Citra, Manilita, and Mosaic Cryo. We’ve gone with a super light malt base, leaving a blank canvas for the hops to shine, particularly Manilita. Manilita is a brand new experimental hop variety from Freestyle Hops’ Sunrise Valley farm. In this beer it delivers a huge hit of ruby red grapefruit and papaya, whilst the supporting cast of hops adds more citrus, tropical fruit and a big punch of west coast dankness. There’s a big, punchy, sticky mouth coating sweetness balanced with nice hoppy bitterness that lingers long after your final sip. For The Record, this might be one of our best West Coast DIPAs yet.
