Using a blend of NZ Gladfield and Czech Floor Malted pilsner malts, this Cali-style IPA is lean and bright with a "breaded" sweetness. On the nose, expect punchy mandarin and passionfruit, followed by a palate of citrus peel, lime zest, and subtle peach.
