Single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc made froM organically grown fruit from Wilyabrup. A portion of the blend was fermented on skins to provide a layer of texture and complexity. The palate expresses a fresh brightness of fruit where taught acid gives structure to vibrant stonefruit.
