St Brioc Wine Co Fiano 2021

Fiano is a vibrant Italian variety. This Fiano was handpicked and whole-bunch pressed with 30% being barrel fermented and 70% in stainless steel with all wild fermentation. The wine was bottled and blended after 4 months.

Our Fiano is pale straw in colour with notes of pears, white blossom, and fresh almond meal on the nose with delicate French oak. The finish is fresh and long. Drink now, or until 2027, with careful cellaring.

The St Brioc Fiano is the perfect wine to pair with Italian-styled seafood dishes and vegetarian pasta dishes. The acidity in the wine makes it ideal to offset the richness of cream-based sauces and complements the acidity of tomato-based recipes. The St Brioc Fiano is also excellent with margarita pizza and roast chicken.
