We love a good Oat Cream, but we also find the finish often a bit lacking. So, to bring balance we ever so slightly nudged up the perceived bitterness with a big old whack of DDH. Of course the usual suspects of oats, malted oats and flaked oats are all here, as well as a moderate amount of lactose to make that body rich and creamy.

Bringing the classic Amarillo and Mosaic together with modern Idaho7 and Talus we've gone for complexity within the tropical paradigm. Orange sherbet with melon, citrus, banana, passionfruit and a slight wink of coconut meet a full oaty body and sweet finish.

The elevated alcohol keeps to structured and drinkable.
