Raw Beer is an ancient tradition. Stemming from the farmhouse side of things, it brings with it a more proteinaceous product. Modern brewers have quickly realised that in the search for softness, fullness and that pillowy mouthfeel, unboiled, raw beer is the perfect solution. We’ve teamed up with local beer wizard Simeon Bonetti, who’s delved deep into the experimental side of Raw Beer.

A lush body comprised of pale, wheat, oats and raw wheat malts sets the stage for thiol heavy Cascade, Mosaic and Talus with some Aussie Eclipse for tropical punch. It’s soft and tropical, with ripe mango, pawpaw, apricot and grapefruit flavours, backed up with a soft herbal and woody undercurrent.
