Working Title Ripe Raspberry & Mulberry Sour Can 4pk

The battle of Big Spoon Little Spoon has turned sour, and is also loaded with a gratuitous, brain dead level, obscene amount of red berries. Our third collab with the legends at Bracket Brewing sees us take a soft, oat-heavy malt bill and co-ferment it with a pure strain of Lactobacillus and Notto. It was then secondary fermented on a new business crippling amount of mulberry and raspberry to create a berry sour haven.

Mulberry on the nose, raspberry in the flavour and solid lime citrus kick at the back end. It's berry dominant, but super moorish. The acidity keeps the fruit in balance and provided drinkability. Be careful, it's a smasher.
