Genetics never lie. Chasing those thiol compounds, we’ve trialed some super thiol-releasing yeast, with all the fruity precursors we could find. Motueka, Rakau and Wakatu in a cold hop-stand, with Kohia Motueka in high krausen, and late dry hopped with Peacharine.

Serious passionfruit, banana, blackcurrant and some guava on the nose. A soft, pillowy body sets the stage for all the intense NZ hop thiols to shine. Peacharine brings those summer stone fruit character and overall delivers on a solid juice party.
