With malted rye, caramel rye, biscuit and crystal malts this Red Rye is layered with complexity. Strata, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic combine in a tropical and citrus wonderland of flavours. Like a winters day in Brisbane it’s clean, crisp and a little bit weird.
