Shiraz and Cabernet is the true icon blend of Australia, and we are all for it.

Sourced from our vineyard in the cool maritime climate of Wangolina. Cabernet provides a soft undertone of minty, herbaceous aromas moving onto the palate with edges of dark summer berries. Shiraz brings perfect balance and harmony with some crunchy red plum and brightening acidity. A long salivating finish meddles between earthy black pepper, bell pepper and a gentle warming touch of oak structure.
