The mountain-dwelling haze legends at Katoomba's Mountain Culture are back with another absolute masterclass in high-density lupulin saturation with Undermined From Above. This beautifully soft New England IPA is everything we’ve come to love from their stellar hop program. It pours a remarkably thick, heavily opaque glowing pastel yellow with a dense, frothy white crown. On the nose, it hits you with an incredibly expressive aromatic payload of sweet mango flesh, ripe passionfruit, and bright citrus peel. The palate is spectacularly medium-to-full-bodied and exceptionally smooth, leveraging a pillowy grist of oats and wheat to deliver a luxurious, velvet mouthfeel. Packed with waves of tropical juice complexity and a strictly restrained, almost non-existent bitterness, it finishes beautifully clean.
