A beautiful showcase of one of New Zealand's most sought-after and expressive hops. Built on a clean, supportive malt backbone, this IPA lets the Nelson Sauvin hop do all the heavy lifting. Expect vibrant, punchy aromatics of crushed gooseberry, fresh passionfruit, and that signature white wine grape character (reminiscent of a crisp Sauvignon Blanc).
