Slipstream Pink – Wild Ale

A vibrant celebration of fruit and funk from Yeerongpilly. PINK is a mixed-culture Wild Ale aged on whole organic raspberries, resulting in a beer that pours a stunning, luminous pink. On the palate, it balances the tart, jammy sweetness of the raspberries with a zesty kick of lemon and a complex, earthy funk from the wild yeast. At 6.0%, it is dry, refreshing, and beautifully structured—an elegant sour that drinks more like a fine Rosé or Pét-Nat than a standard beer.
