Working Title flexing their fermentation muscles beyond beer. Hive is a premium dry sparkling mead that spent 12 months resting in a fresh Sons of Eden Shiraz hogshead (from the Barossa). The result is a beautifully complex beverage that exudes a soft red berry profile drawn from the wine barrel, layered over the textural oak and the distinct, eucalyptus-like notes of native honey. A brilliant alternative to sparkling wine or pet-nat.
