Product Description
In need of a stiff drink? They don’t come much stiffer than Akasha’s annual anniversary beast, Wooden Leg. Named after the literal piece of wood that holds up their cold liquor tank, this Triple IPA is a tribute to the spirit of ingenuity and big, bold West Coast flavors. It kicks out the jams with a trifecta of hop royalty; Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial. Delivering a profusely fruity and resinous hit. Expect massive waves of pine needles, grapefruit zest, and shimmering tropical notes, all balanced by a sturdy, biscuity New Zealand malt base. At a whopping 10.5%, it’s surprisingly poised, hiding its boozy warmth in a pocket of "sweetbitter" finish and a dry, clean clip. It’s huge, it’s hoppy, and it’s arguably the most dangerously drinkable triple on the coast. Pull up stumps and enjoy this one slowly—it packs a serious kick.
