We’ve started this sour’s journey with a lean foundation that really lets the fruit shine in a massive way. We’ve added Australian Strawberry, Guava, Fijian Coconut Water, Chinese Goji berries, and some Preserved Lemon. Soured with our house lacto culture and finished off with a kiss of sea salt.
