This special edition pays homage to the core principles that define authentic Trappist brewing: brewing within monastery walls, under monastic supervision, and with profits supporting monastic life or charitable causes. 

Flavour-wise, it’s a rich, full-bodied ale with a bittersweet profile. Expect notes of sweet caramel and roasted malt, complemented by a hint of peat and subtle spicy and hoppy undertones. The result is a complex yet approachable beer that balances tradition with a modern twist.
