Schlenkerla a la Grodziskie

To mark the 15th anniversary of the resurgence of the historic Grodziskie style, Schlenkerla has created their own unique interpretation of this Polish classic. Known as the "Grätzer" style, this tribute brew features wheat malt dried over an open oak wood fire in Schlenkerla's own malt house. While the original style is top-fermented, Schlenkerla's version is a bottom-fermented creation using aromatic Lubelski hops. The result is an incredibly drinkable, light beer with a delicate smoky aroma, fruity hop notes, and a fine-pearled carbonation.
