      Slipstream GREEN Wild Ale is a bold and bright journey into the wild side of brewing. Aged for 18 months in wine barrels and fermented with a mixed culture of Brett, Lacto, and Pedio, this ale brings some serious funk and finesse. It’s dry-hopped with Riwaka and a splash of pineapple-infused hop kief, delivering a riot of grapefruit, lemon zest, stone fruit, pine, and a touch of leathery depth. The body is full yet crisp, the finish bone-dry and bubbly, with just the right kick of acidity to keep things lively. Wild, zesty, and unapologetically fresh.
