Working Title Bad Behaviour – NZ Pilsner

A modern expression of the style with a classic, peppy finish. Bad Behaviour brings together an all-star lineup of New Zealand hops: Motueka, Riwaka, Waimea, Manilita, and Peacharine. Given a late kettle addition, whirlpool, and a massive DDH featuring Peacharine HopKief for that finishing "zhuzh," it is incredibly fruit-forward. Expect tropical notes of grapefruit, stonefruit, and guava, backed by a dry body and a snappy white pepper finish that leaves you wanting another.
