This is a high-tech collaboration between Bridge Road Brewers and Firestone Walker Brewing Company. This Cali Pils is dip-hopped and built to be lean and clean, dosed with Galaxy Quantum for a pure hop punch. The hop profile is stacked with Citra Incognito, Centennial, and Mosaic, resulting in a crisp, bright, and intensely hop-forward lager. This is a beer that marries the crispness of a lager with the huge hop aroma of a West Coast IPA.
