One Drop San Dropanino Italian Pilsner Can Sgl

Ciao Bello! Hailing from the pristine waters of S.Dropanino, this Italian pilsner has an appassionato approach so we can showcase the main ingredient used in brewing our beer - water.
We’ve used our reverse osmosis (R.O) water filter to strip our brewing water back to the pure H2O molecule and then we built up the mineral profile to perfectly match that of the natural springs in Val Brembana in the San Pellegrino Terme Area, at the foothills of the Italian Alps, near Bergamo.
Accompanied by Italian grown malt, a dry hop of noble hops grown close by, and a classic pilsner yeast... expect an easy-drinking pilsner with a pronounced hop character.
