The Canberra Distillery Negroni

This pre-batched, ready-to-pour Negroni is true to its origins, starting with a red wine from the Canberra region as its base. It is then distilled with juniper and more than a dozen other herbs, blended with vermouth and bitters, and finally aged with heavily charred oak. This complex process fuses and softens the complex spice flavours. It is best served on the rocks, with a dash of soda, a wedge of orange, and a burnt stick of cinnamon.
