The Canberra Distillery Old George Reserve Whisky

By the banks of Lake George, this whisky re-emerges a little older and much wiser. The extreme climate ensures quick maturation in scorching summers and deep hibernation in cold winters. Made with malted barley from the Riverina and laid down predominantly in Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels, the spirit drinks up rich, fruity notes. A few select barrels from local wineries are blended in for complexity, resulting in a unique single malt with plenty of character.
