The Canberra Distillery Sloe Gin

The complex Sloe berry makes for a complex and delicious gin. The process begins with distilling their London Dry Gin, which is then left to rest on wild-grown sloe berries that are handpicked in Autumn. This release has a slight note of citrus and a more intense fruit flavour due to a drier winter where the berries are grown in Tasmania. It can be enjoyed in all gin cocktails but is best served on ice, as a Gin and Tonic or a Gin Fizz.
