Caldera Saison w/ Yuzu

This vibrant Saison was fermented on fresh yuzu sourced from renowned local citrus growers at Buck’s Farm. Utilising their imperfect but still delicious fruit, the beer delivers a zesty aroma and a bright sherbet tang. Exceptionally clean and refreshing on the palate, the full yuzu flavour develops as it breathes and warms, revealing new levels of complexity with each sip. This beer was fermented and aged for 16 months in French oak.
