Seven Mile Pickle Me Elmo – Pickle Sour

Yep, that’s right—a pickle beer. Pickle Me Elmo is a wildly bold, small-batch sour that starts as a classic fruity, tangy beer before delivering a proper pickle punch. Seven Mile teamed up with local legends Samburgers, who donated their house-made pickle brine straight from the source. The brewers then took things up a notch by in-house toasting and seasoning coriander, mustard, and dill seeds, adding them into the ferment alongside fresh cucumber. Salty, savoury, slightly briny, and surprisingly balanced by an earthy backbone. It’s weird, it’s wonderful, and if you love pickles, it is absolutely essential drinking.
