Slipstream Gold Wild Ale Btl Sgl

Gold is our debut wild ale, aged 18 months in oak wine barrels for a complex, lively profile. Starting with a stainless steel lager fermentation, we added wild cultures of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus upon transfer to the barrels. These wild microbes worked their magic, creating layers of refreshing acidity and vibrant fruitiness. Naturally carbonated in the bottle, Gold offers inviting aromas of pineapple, lemon, peach, and oak, with a hint of leather. Its high carbonation, balanced funk, and dry finish make it a refreshing sip and the perfect bottle for a celebratory occasion.
