This Dry Hopped Saison was fermented and aged for 18 months in French oak, and dry-hopped with organic Nelson Sauvin from NZ Hops. Prepare for an intriguing aroma of ripe pineapple, elegant white grape, subtle oak, and a touch of gooseberry. The nuanced and vibrant flavour features refreshing citrus and white grape, balanced by a soft lactic tartness. It’s a drinking experience closer to a natural wine than a traditional beer, perfect for a long lunch.
