Limited release! This "Sour AF" brew hits with a POW! of tart strawberry, followed by a BAM! of jammy plum. It is designed to be a "killer blast" of sour, balanced by a kick of sweetness and a ferocious smack of real fruit flavor. On the palate, the Lactobacillus kettle souring delivers a clean, bright lactic tartness before giving way to juicy ripe strawberries and subtle dark stone fruit richness. At 6% ABV, it packs a punch, finishing dry and refreshing with a lingering berry sweetness that plays perfectly against the sour zip.
