Aristotelis Ke Anthoula Pata Trava 2022

Pata Trava 2022 is our rosato style pét nat made from Pinot Gris.

We love the crisp, apéro style finish following the fun, fruity blood orange and strawberries opening of the wine. It is undisgorged and deliciously cloudy!

As with all our wines, this wine is made from grapes only with no additives whatsoever. It is carefully made by hand with no big machinery and laboriously fussed over so the result is high quality and stable, eschewing the need for added sulphites.
