Milton Distilling's SStormy Skies Dark Cane Spirit is a bold, modern take on classic rum traditions. Crafted in Brisbane using one of the world’s smallest continuous column stills, this cane spirit is matured with medium-heavy charred bourbon, tawny, and shiraz oak staves, delivering a depth of flavour that belies its youth. Expect rich notes of smoke, vanilla, honey, chocolate, and a subtle spice kick. Though it hasn't met the two-year aging requirement to be officially labelled as rum in Australia, its character and complexity are unmistakably mature.
