Built around 9 days of skin contact on Bendigo Verdelho (72%), with a splash of 12-day skin contact Sauvignon Blanc (24%) and Pinot Gris (4%) from the Yarra Valley, this is an amber-hued wine with grip, zip, and attitude. Citrus rind, stone fruit and herbal tang race across the palate, with enough phenolic tension to keep things interesting. Unfined, unfiltered, and full of personality—pop it in the fridge, pop the cap, and pour freely.
