A meticulous and expressive Chardonnay sourced from an east-facing slope in the Upper Yarra. Built on the backbone of 26-year-old vines from Gladysdale, this wine was whole-bunch pressed and racked to barrel on full solids. Weekly lees stirring post-fermentation adds a beautiful texture and weight to the palate, while a hands-off approach to malolactic fermentation retains the region's signature bright, driving acidity. A beautifully crafted, elegant Yarra Valley white.
