Part of the Sanskrit collection, this wine is made using the Méthode Naturel philosophy: handpicked, wild barrel fermented on lees, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. It offers a perfect natural balance, bursting with notes of white peach, crisp apple, and honeysuckle blossom. The palate is mouthwatering, crisp, and saline, finishing clean and bright—it truly glows in fields of sunshine.
