Born from a half-forgotten Spanish coastline memory and a decade-long craving for the perfect spritzy white, FRZ1/1 is Konpira Maru’s ode to joy in a glass. Made from 100% Arneis, it’s lightly frizzante, featherweight and wildly drinkable. Think apple strudel on the nose, zippy acid, a subtle fizz and a crisp, clean finish that disappears faster than you'd like. It's refreshing, a little nostalgic, and dangerously smashable.
