Grillo is another Sicilian grape being championed by the guys at Main & Cherry. It's good great natural acidity, and appears to thrive in the Adelaide Hills.
This is a tremendous value 'drink with a seafood platter at lunch' type wine. Lemony succulence with a twist of fresh lime, with a mouthwatering freshness. Nice and dry with no austerity.
